Digital Products

All products sold on Crafway are digital downloads. Once payment has been completed and the download is made available, the product is considered delivered.

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after purchase.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Purchasing the wrong pattern

  • Lack of crochet experience or skill level

  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing

  • Incompatibility with personal software or devices

  • Downloaded or accessed digital files

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

Order Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
